Retained Search

We consider retained searches  the best approach for clients. Cube Automotive offer a guarantee for introducing the right candidates within an agreed period of time.

Benefits are a guaranteed hire within agreed timescales. The recruiter/recruitment team work with you, and only you until the project is completed.

There is an upfront fee to commence the project with final payment at the end of the successful hire.

A bigger reduction in fee is generally offered for retained searches.

Timed Exclusive Search 

Unlike searches on a contingency basis, Cube Automotive request a timed exclusive search. We may agree 2 to 4 weeks' exclusivity before our client  is free to approach other agencies, if there were no substantial results.

Benefits to this approach is that the client's vacancy is prioritised over other  contingency searches. More man hours are dedicated to the search as recruiters are not competing with other agencies,

The downside is that you may lose the time offered exclusively, should there be no results during this time. 

A reduction in fee is generally offered for exclusive searches.

Contingency Search

As a client, you can actively engage with multiple recruitment agencies to fill you vacancy. Unless Cube Automotive present the candidate that is hired at the end of the process, no fee is payable.

The benefit is that you receive candidates from multiple sources and timescales in general are a little shorter.

There is a downside to this approach, as many different recruiters are discussing your vacancy in the market, sometimes with the same candidates. Your Brand could suffer as a result.

Fees are generally higher, in line with market averages.
